By subscription of $150 each to accompany the nomination Closed Thursday November 17,2022 with 21 or by supplementary nomination of $1,500 each by closing time of entries. $2,250 additional to start, with $150,000 Guaranteed of which $90,000 to the winner, $30,000 to second, $18,000 to third, $9,000 to fourth and $3,000 to fifth. Three-year-olds 122 lbs. Older 125 lbs. Non-winners of a Gr I race at a mile or over in 2021-22 allowed 2 lbs., of a Gr II orGr III race at a mile or over in 2022 allowed 4 lbs. High weights preferred. Total non-claiming earnings in 2022 will be used in determining the order of preference for horses with equal status. High weights preferred. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. (Rail at 24 feet).
